Eviction Protections 2.0 Summary

The San Francisco Rent Board is still finalizing the Rules and Regulations (which interpret the law) for the legislation strengthening protections from evictions effective November 9, 2015. The Rules are expected to be finalized at the meeting on December 3, 2015. Meanwhile, the law is in effect for tenants with rent control.
