Development That Is Supported by Tenants Union and What We Oppose

The Tenants Union supports development if it provides inclusionary housing. Just building does not increase but actually decreases affordable housing. We oppose oppose Senate Bill 35 which was heard July 12, 2017 by the State Assembly.
