Airbnb’s Lawsuit Against City May Be Resolved with Amendments
Airbnb has sued the City of San Francisco over legislation that penalized Airbnb’s short-term rentals that illegally remove affordable housing from the market. San Francisco Supervisor David Campos introduced amendments to the legislation to strengthen the legislation.
