No Late Fees on Rent Payment Delay Allowed Due to COVID-19

The Mayor’s Order on April 30, 2020 (twelfth supplement) includes no late fees allowed for rent delayed because of COVID-19 financial impact  and due between March 13, 2020 and June 30, 2020. Some subsidized housing are exempt from this order.
