Local Organizations Call for Overhaul of State’s Rent Relief Application

Immigrants face confusion and disadvantages in getting funds. The San Francisco Anti Displacement Coalition called for an overhaul of the state’s rent relief program that has been taking applications since March 15. The challenges put residents with limited digital access, such as those with phones but no computers, non-English speakers, seniors and immigrants, at a disadvantage.
