Senate Bill 50, Which Would Have Overridden Local Development Control, Fails

Thanks to tenants, tenants rights, housing justice organizations and our allies, we won. The vote was against SB 50 today. Here is a good explanation of why 46 tenant and housing justice groups signed up to oppose SB 50.
