The San Francisco City Attorney is suing Anna Kihagi (who varies the spelling of her name) for a pattern of unlawful business practices that include waging “a war of harassment, intimidation, and retaliation” against tenants in order to force them from their rent-controlled homes.
The Board of Supervisors vote on the Eviction Protections 2.0 on September 22, 2015. The legislation was divided into two parts. One part of the legislation includes everything including the rights of tenants regarding roommates (supported by Supervisor Kim and Cohen, objected by Supervisor Wiener).
